looking for guidance in reflection

read the suggested torah reading for shabbat shuva which was deuteronomy 32:1-51 because I needed some guidance in my reflection for the first of these ten (wait.  I think now just seven left) days.  I kept reading because I was intrigued and you know what?  MOSES DIDN'T GET TO LIVE IN THE HOLY LAND.  he served his purpose for the Lord and then he died.  and I understand that that was God's plan...but wow.  I hope he really "enjoyed the journey".  crazy.

I believe that Moses did enjoy the journey because he knew that was his purpose in life. I believe that I have many purposes in life (mother, wife, teacher, cook, etc) with the over-arching purpose of reflecting the love of the Lord and being a light to shine in the darkness of our sinful world. I think that there are many purposeless people in our world....
