Heaven is simply an extension of earth

I read a magazine article and now an explanation of Litany where the authors propose that heaven is not a far off place but since Jesus died for our sins thereby crushing the head of Satan, heaven is close.  There is no dividing wall between us...heaven is like a phone call away ~ And I can feel/believe that.  Praying a Litany seems to be like praying with a group of friends who you know share your similar interests.
So here's my Litany :)

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for me.
Saint John the Baptist, pray for me.
St. Francis de Sales (patron saint of writing), pray for me.
St. Dymphna (patron saint of mental health), pray for me.
St. Margaret Clitherow (patron saint of business women), pray for me.
St. Therese of Lisieux (patron saint of florists), pray for me.
St. Anthony of Padua (patron saint of lost items), pray for me.
St. Monica (patron saint of married women), pray for me.
St. Olaf Haraldson (patron saint of Norway), pray for me.
St. Clare (patron saint of Television), pray for me.
All Holy Men and Women, pray for me.
