Romans has a special place in my heart... I first remember noticing my husband after sitting close to him in a studies of Romans class in College. Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have obtained our introduction by faith into this grace in which we stand.
I also like verse three, "And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience." That is especially comforting as we witness mass chaos and destruction at the hands of tornadoes and other natural disasters. Each personal tribulation can work patience and trust in the Lord.
