The Shabbat message from our daughter's school today had an interesting suggestion about turning off technology for a day of rest.
(and huh. thinking about it now, my husband and I only are having this convo because of the information I'm able to quickly retrieve from the glowing notebook on my lap. blessings and curses.........)

We were just having this discussion at work - to tweet or not to tweet - to twitter or facebook - being connected to people we don't really know and to know things that we really don't care about - electronic gradebooks - emailing parents, etc. I am sharing this link with others that they may also question technology as a blessing or a curse. We even talked about it at Bible Study on Thursday night :) May your day of rest be blessed...
