Galations was a good read (i find myself rereading to grasp meanings) and i think i now understand some standard verses....
I was just impressed at how this one book summed up the difference between the OT (olde testament y'all) and the new testament.
I liked how paul explained that those rules were meant to keep the world from utter chaos before the savior came to forgive all. I also liked that paul came from being a super jew (I think I'm right about all this) and turned into a super Christian. it makes it really believable when he explains why those rules of the past are no longer needed now because God had fulfilled his promise *
I also liked the paragraph about why we can ignore the ot laws but still can't sin sin sin (2:17-21). I've heard about that but appreciated how paul points out: if I rebuild what I destroyed, I prove that I am a lawbreaker.
